Monitor Toys: Why is there a genii on your CPU Box?

Kandice Crusat of Kona, Hawaii makes miniature figures: fairies, merfolk, angels and genies. When I saw her page I emailed her with an idea, and she built it. She's making a whole line of these figures: wizards (Randall Schwartz take note,) mermaids and fairies.

I've got a menagerie on my computers' CPUs and monitors -- both at home and at work: Beanie Babies, stuff from Archie McPhee, czoctksas from vendors and trade shows, toys out of gumball machines, and a piece of rose quartz from an old and dear friend.

Sazrina I'm always on the lookout for new monitor toys, so when I found Kandice's pages I decided to indulge. I asked her about custom building a "Web Worker's Genii" with a keyboard, mouse and copy of Programming Perl. She liked the idea, and ran with it. That was back in October. She shipped me the completed figurine this week.

So what books to pair with the other figurines? Does the Gang of Four book belong with the Fairy or the Wizard?
